This vehicle has a turbostarter mounted on its left side. The turbostarter is connected to the supply of compressed air (usually above the vehicle on the left side) by cable and by a charger, which is also mounted above the vehicle. The charger needs a voltage of 220 V to function. Connect the system to the car batteries and the air installation inside the vehicle.
Examples of turbostarter installations on different vehicles:
According to the customer’s wishes we choose a suitable place on the vehicle to install the turbostarter. When building new garages for intervention vehicles it is advisable that we discuss the position of connection in advance. Usually, the turbostarter is mounted on the left side of the cab with doors, the cable is routed towards the ceiling and is then mounted on the ceiling or the wall together with the charger and the filter regulator.
